Don and I were married in 1999. After much waiting and praying we got our wish of having a baby in May 2005 when our triplet boys were born. Finally, we were blessed with our big, happy family.

My First Quilt
I have sewn before and made rag quilts (with the seams showing out) and of course many aprons, yoga bags and such. But this is my first quilt QUILT. And it is dang cute. But of course, baby Gage is even cuter :)
I like your quilt! The colors are so bright and bold. I'm sure the child who gets it will enjoy it!
I used to sew for my girls and saved all of the fabric. When they left home, I made them each a block quilt like that for their new homes. I made the with the materials from their left-overs. One girl was a "pink" girlie, so her quilt was easy to make some pattern with...and the other was into intense colors, and it also was a handsome quilt, but so different from the pastels!
I think it is fun piecing all the pieces together. Your quilt gives me ideas!
I've been missing your posts. I'm sure you are busy, but I so enjoy hearing about your three busy little ones!

I love that you were able to piece together blocks from their past clothes like that. What a special blanket that must have been!
I love it! You did a super job- you are talented!
